Contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage to your package
1. Contact us immediately at (800) 330-7306 for return instructions.
2. Place the return label from your package on the return. If you use this label, we'll deduct $5.50 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we'll cover the shipping.
3. If you're returning from outside the U.S., or don't want to use our label, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable.
4. Send it to us.
We'll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
Please note that all returns must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed damaged, used, dirty, missing tags or authentication will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Game Used, Vintage, Customized and Personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
